The open living area has a very large kitchen with ample barstools for enjoying late afternoon drinks and snacks or for the kids to enjoy breakfast. There is a wonderful large dining table, two separate sitting areas and even a desk should you need to check in at work. The separate main bedroom features a large on suite bathroom and walk in closet. Wake up in the morning from your king size bed and you will be greeted by the beautiful calming water view. The other side of the villa has 3 bedrooms – 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twin beds along with a large bathroom. Each room is decorated beautifully with spacious closets and ample storage. There is a full-size washer and dryer available for your use throughout your stay. All towels and lines are provided for your convenience. Relish the Florida sunshine from the amazing pool area. Enjoy all of your meals on the pool deck with grill and if you are looking for a break from the sun, retreat to the shaded seating area and stretch out on the outdoor sofa for a relaxing nap. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00. We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in in each garbage can plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself. We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill. We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!
