This nice house is built in 2002 and it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 garages. Actually it is new furnitured. It is build on a 1500 qm terrain and has a living area of 180 qm, where you can find everything one`s heart desires. There is the large patio with the beautiful pool, patiofurnitures, chaises-longues and the barbecue! Because the lanai looks to the west you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful sunsets. The house has the complete kitchen equipment like tableware, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, etc. You will find as well a cooker with oven, a microwave , a big refregarator with an ice-maker and an icebox and of course a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. And you have the possibility to iron. Each bathroom has a hair-dryer.

The boat dock with the boat lift is directly behind the house. From here you can take our boat through the canals to the Gulf of Mexico - it's worth it.

We charge $0.15 / kwh for the used electricity. The average consumption is about $10.00/day

We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in in each garbage can plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself. We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.


Addition to the cancellation policy:
Since a cancellation is always associated with a lot of work and other interested parties switch to other providers due to the blocked house, we charge a processing fee of $ 100.00 for every cancellation.
