Villa Harriet is on a south facing canal lot with beautiful views and a large saltwater pool. There are 2 one- and 1 two-person kayak, a pool table, super fast internet, a computer that can be used throughout the house with a laser printer. In the Livingroom there is a 70" 4K TV, in the two masterbedrooms and in the lanai there are 48" 4K TVs and in one of the smaller rooms there is a Full HD TV. Music can be streamed in both the lanai and the livingroom, and photos can be shared via AppleTV. Due to the absolute southern exposure can be eaten pleasant at any time. There is a gas grill and plenty of dishes. In the laundry, a washing machine and a dryer are available. Travertine was chosen as flooring throughout the house and in the lanai. We charge $0.15 / kwh for the used electricity. The average consumption is about $10.00/day We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in in each garbage can plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself. We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill. Addition to the cancellation policy: Since a cancellation is always associated with a lot of work and other interested parties switch to other providers due to the blocked house, we charge a processing fee of $ 100.00 for every cancellation. We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance! The security deposit is $ 500. We will block this deposit on your credit card upon check-in. Alternatively, you can leave the deposit in cash.
