This wonderful house is located in one of the best areas in Cape Coral. The Villa Cosima has been completely renovated and newly furnished. This villa will fulfill all your vacation expectations. It is a very charming, quiet villa, perfect for sunny and relaxing vacation. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A modern, very exclusive living area awaits you. From the kitchen and the diningroom you can see the sunny pooldeck with a very large pool. The boat dock is very long and runs almost along the entire length of the property. Are you a boater? This place is only 2 minutes away from the river. But the boat dock and the boat lift are only available to guests who have rented a boat from Cape Coral Charterboats. The average consumption is about $20.00/day Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 25 years old will be allowed to book a reservation. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00. We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in in each garbage can plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself. We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill. We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance! Addition to the cancellation policy: Since a cancellation is always associated with a lot of work and other interested parties switch to other providers due to the blocked house, we charge a processing fee of $ 100.00 for every cancellation.
